Summer Barbeque retreat with Azek Silver Oak decking and Aluminum railing.
I had the pleasure of building this deck for a charming couple that greatly enjoy hosting their adult childminder and grand kids for barbeques. Their sizable Traeger grill is a centerpiece of their outdoor living experience. The deck was designed around hosting the barbeque without giving up usability and space on the deck.
Azek Silver Oak
Azek was chosen for it’s reliability and attractive color that complemented the home. The Azek was face fastened with color matched Headcote stainless steel screws. A generous 1/4 gap between boards allows easy cleaning and sheds debris from the surrounding trees well.
Alumarail
Aluminum railings provide ease of maintenance, strength, and classy appearance with affordable cost. The white railing blended well with the trim and the driftwood toned decking. The homeowners loved the beach but, health concerns have kept them away, the decks aesthetics evoke the beach life they enjoyed so much.
